What is a mystery scoop?
A mystery scoop is a curated surprise box filled with fun and novelty selected items — you won’t know exactly what’s inside until you open it! Each scoop is thoughtfully put together with a theme in mind, so while it’s a mystery, it’s never random.
What could be in my scoop?
Each scoop can include stationery, accessories, pins, keychains, small gifts, and other fun goodies — all hand-picked by us. The contents vary by drop and theme, so every scoop is unique!
Can I choose what's in my scoop?
Our scoops are mystery boxes by design, so we can’t share the contents in advance. However, you can share your colour preferences and a bit about yourself at checkout — we use this to help personalize your experience as much as possible!
What is the return policy?
As a mystery scoop business, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges based on item preference — the surprise is part of the experience!
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via Canada Post. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days depending on your province.
Once an order is handed to Canada Post, we’re not liable for delivery issues. Please contact Canada Post directly with your tracking number. If you need help getting started, reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes! We ship Canada-wide. We do not currently offer international shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you’re in Edmonton, you can choose local pickup at checkout or reach out to us at 2peas1scoop@gmail.com to arrange.
